Bianca can't get over the loss of her tragically deceased love and believes that the lights' flickering, and occasional breakdowns of the lift are the doing of her beloved who communicates with her. But since there is no room for a dysfunctional lift in a 5-star hotel, the lift is to be replaced. The soul anguishes about the inevitable outcome.
