The prosecutor's office issues an arrest warrant for the head of the company, Irinarkhov. However, Irinarkhov and his associates, having taken up defensive positions in the office building, refuse to surrender to the authorities. A former employee of the criminal investigation department, private detective Roman Dubrovsky, exposes a gang of counterfeiters operating under the guise of a book publishing house. The criminals' accomplices pursue the detective. Dubrovsky is saved by his old Khromov, an employee of the Federal Security Service. Khromov offers Dubrovsky to work together in a secret service that fights criminals by illegal means. Dubrovsky learns that Khromov is actively involved in the IVA case. Khromov leaves Dubrovsky in the car, from where IVA is being watched, and he himself goes to meet with the mysterious boss. See less
