The climax of the series involves each photographer being set a different ...See moreThe final two contestants will set out on a battle of skill, perseverance, creativity and passion as they fight each other for the title of winning photographer. The climax of the series involves each photographer being set a different task...by different clients. This task involves the finalists being given a brief by a client, for an image is commissioned and that will ultimately be published. They will each meet with their client, receive a brief, and then be given a day in which to interpret and shoot the image as required. The first client will be Mango airlines, and the contestant will need to shoot their plane for the cover of their next in-flight magazine. The other client is still to be determined, bit it will more than likely be a hotel group, and the contestant will need to shoot one of their hotels. The judges will be on set for both tasks, observing the ways in which the contestants operate from a photographic point of view as well as the ways in which they work with clients. The task will be judged based on technical skill, client etiquette, creativity, communication and also on business sense. But ultimately the contestant's ability to accurately, and to the satisfaction of client, interpret a brief (drawing, description or idea) will determine the winner of Sharp Shooter South Africa.
