It's about opening your eyes to the good things that happen every day, to the experiences you share with the people you love, and finding the silver linings or the lessons to be learnt in even the lowest times. It's about making sure that when you reach the end of the road you can look back and smile because even though life had its ups and downs, ultimately it has been beautiful and fulfilling.
