During the years, his taste for evil grows when he captures random good Samaritans and tortures them. Texas cop John Nest, on Kind's trail for six years, closes in on the case after he travels to Indiana. There, he teams up with Thomas Core, a long time friend to help track down the elusive killer. But before Nest and Core can stop him, Kind has one more victim to terrorize. A hotel concierge, Jeff Conrad who succumbs to one of Kind's many schemes.
