Tong Phuoc Phuc has created a cemetery for fetuses in Nha Trang in Vietnam, where thousands of fetuses have been buried - it is his mission to give them peace. Additionally, Phuc encourages women who are pregnant outside a marriage to live with him under the pregnancy instead of having an abortion.
