Decades ago, Telesecundaria (High School TV) was implemented: an educational modality based on the technology of the moment. This would be the beginning of Mexican educational television, which would evolve day after day, together with other technological innovations. Currently, DGTVE is the institution in charge of producing and transmitting a wide range of television and radio via satellite through the Edusat Network. It acts upon the advantages offered by information and communication technologies and has created new projects that have tangible benefits, thus offering a promising future for the country's education.
