Hans brings to the same ER Birgit Kramer, who was knocked down at the home she shares with husband Christian, also teacher at Amira's school, where her protective big brother Sedat works in the mess. The couple hides its marital troubles, which have to do with the refugee charity she abandoned, suspecting like Sedat that Amira was involved with Christian.
