Arriving to a train station, the rich and greedy old station boss robot asks for the prize to cross, but Charlie hasn't all the amount necessary for it. Trying to open the barrier, the station boss prevents that Charlie get it keep down it when Charlie pushes it up. Desperate, Charlie decides turn back the pump trolley enough distance to cross breaking the barrier, but the station boss realizes his plan and arrest Charlie to imprisonment him.
