Tori tells Brody that Decker has had a subdural haematoma and may not wake up. Spike brings Hope to the hospital, posing as her husband. Nate, who still believes he is Tim, lets him into their room where Spike barricades himself in and tries to give him a lethal injection. Justin breaks in and overpowers him; Spike and his cohorts are arrested. Hope and Raffy agree to stay with Kat and Phoebe. Caroline and Bryce have dinner with Alf, Roo and Duncan. Caroline overhears Duncan getting nostalgic about the early days of their marriage with Roo but doesn't hear him saying he doesn't think they'll get back together; she tries to kiss him. The next morning, she sees him with Tori on the beach. Roo tries to convince her to back off but Caroline says she wants Bryce to have happy family memories.
