Ensign Dorothy Gale has been accused of murder and Starfleet Command is shocked. This episode explores what goes on behind the closed doors of the Starfleet Justice Division as they debate how to handle the case to avoid the bad publicity it will be sure to generate. A Court Martial could result in the death squad but an administrative Section 38 could spare her life but cost her life imprisonment without a trial.
