The woman who dressed in white and pulled the strings behind the scenes of Israel's foreign policy invented a different kind of diplomacy—one rooted in personal relationships, eye contact, and the hosting of a political-cultural salon in Paris. After her death, the filmmaker comes across Tamar's private archive—diaries, recordings, and photographs.
