The Kid comes from a small farm, where he lives and works with his father. He had never dreamt of a life of crime. But when his father is injured, he will do what he needs to do to support his family and save their farm. He joins up with two hardened criminals to help rob a small-town bank. Though things don't go as planned. The Kid ends up shooting a civilian and they take an injured sheriff's deputy as a hostage. They escape into the woods and find a moment of rest around a campfire. As the kid comes to realize the men he's teamed up with may not be what he thought and The Deputy's life is in jeopardy. He is suddenly faced with a choice that might determine the rest of his life.
