Mulan, taking her ...See moreDuring the reign of Emperor Taiwu of the Northern Wei Dynasty, the Rouran Khan (played by Du Yuming) led 60,000 Rouran cavalry to invade the Northern Wei, massacring and plundering officials, soldiers, and civilians. Mulan, taking her father's place, joined the army and participated in the Northern Wei's campaign against the Rouran. Mulan, who repeatedly won battles, was appointed General Dingyuan and fought alongside Prince Pingyang, Changsun Han (played by Zong Muyi). Due to a strategic error, Mulan was wounded, and her true identity as a woman was exposed, forcing her to leave the army. Back home, she was pursued by Rouran forces who used the villagers as hostages. Mulan bravely stepped forward to protect them. During her escort, Mulan managed to escape but fell into the Devil City, where she encountered Ayina (played by Gulimire), the long-oppressed leader of her tribe. A shared enemy and a burning desire for revenge rekindled Mulan's fighting spirit, and she returned to the main camp to reunite with Changsun Han and others, together defeating the Rouran army.
