Behind his polite smiles and spotless shop, he stalks and kills those he believes deserve to be "removed" from the lives of people he fixates on. When Stephanie, a warm and ambitious young realtor, begins frequenting his café, Sean becomes convinced she is his perfect match. Her kindness, beauty, and vulnerability ignite a dangerous obsession. He studies her routines, watches her through his camera lens, and inserts himself into her life in subtle, unsettling ways-each step blurring the line between customer service and fixation. Stephanie's world begins to unravel. Her fiancé Ben, arrogant and secretive, is cheating on her. Her best friend Amber, bold and outspoken, clashes with Sean and unknowingly paints a target on her back. As their conflicts escalate, Sean quietly "fixes" Stephanie's life the only way he understands-through elimination. Sean murders Amber, then brutally kills Ben after catching him with another woman, staging the deaths as disappearances. When Sean drops Ben's bracelet, Stephanie finally pieces together the truth. What follows is a terrifying confrontation that ends with Sean abducting her and dragging her into the woods where his other victims rest. In a desperate attempt to survive, Stephanie manipulates Sean's delusions, pretending to reciprocate his feelings. But as she tries to soothe the monster she's trapped with, Sean's fantasy collapses. In a devastating moment of twisted "love," he kills her-believing it is the only way to preserve their connection forever. The film ends with Sean burying Stephanie with chilling tenderness, placing her belongings in a keepsake box with past victims' mementos.
