But assistant doctor Oliver Probst, who is working with Dr. Ben Ahlbeck on a case again after a long break, notices that the relationship between the two sisters is not nearly as good as it seems at first glance. While Henrike dreams of a future together, Corinna has other plans: She has cared for her older sister her entire life, but now she finally wants to lead her own life. When an argument breaks out between the sisters, the donation suddenly becomes a threat, and with it Henrike's health. Dr. Elly Winter's progress after her surgery falls short of her own expectations. Her husband, Beat Leuenburger, proves to be a fighter in this situation, supporting Elly in everything and approaching her with a newfound honesty. While Dr. Julia Berger and Beat help Elly cope with the new situation, Dr. Matteo Moreau cannot easily accept Elly's fate. He immerses himself in research and is firmly convinced he'll be able to help her soon. Mikko and Florian are dealing with a stubborn child who absolutely refuses to be treated by anyone. When Leyla and Sofia find out, Sofia gets herself into hot water with a joke and is now forced to take on the task of treating the child herself.
