Stuck in Manila's extended community quarantine, she transformed her thesis into Resolving 'Your Biggest Fan', a film that ruminates on her cancelled thesis production and explores her psyche as a transgender filmmaker and musician in the Philippines. The film also touches on the government's response to the pandemic and the struggles of graduating from college in a tumultuous political and social climate. The film begins with Stef calling up each member of her initial production's core film crew, all of whom are either currently film students or recent graduates of the department. She delineates the audiovisual resources available in her home, and asks for suggestions on how to create her thesis entirely in post-production. Their suggestions are explored as the conversation progresses. After the different treatments are showcased, Stef and her peers discuss their respective plans for thesis, as each of their productions have effectively become impossible to shoot because of the pandemic. The film concludes with a discussion about the stress of graduating during the height of the COVID-19 Crisis and passing of the Anti-Terror Bill, now officially The Anti-Terrorism Act of 2020.
