When he was 18, he fell in love with his high school gym teacher, and he put his dream on hold to start a family. 25 years later, the couple decide to take their life savings and invest it in property to build a haunted house theme park where Victor will finally be able to create and showcase his talent. But, issues of land use arise with the local neighbors; Victor can't find reliable people to work with him; and his money starts to run low.
