The building's owner, Ray McManus, is facing a crisis: his sales agents are quitting due to the haunting, and his numbers are plummeting. Desperate, he calls in THE OTHER REALM, a group of eccentric but determined paranormal experts. Though dysfunctional and newly formed, the team is committed to solving the mystery. They soon discover the ghost behind the chaos is Peter Gibbons, a former prank-loving sales agent who died tragically during lunch. Now, on the anniversary of his death, Peter's spirit is back-haunting the office with mischievous pranks.
