But when the investigators are called to a body found in the backyard of a hospital, they are in for a big surprise: the dead man is dressed as a clown, and a bloody wound gapes beneath his red wig. The victim is Hermine's carer, Fidan Petrov, who also entertained the children in the cancer ward as a hospital clown. Did Hermine, who suffers from dementia, witness the murder of her carer? But what exactly did she see? What did she say really happen - and what was just her imagination?
