They agree: hit-and-run is the last straw. When Tamar then discovers the shocked firefighter Torsten Lauter in his car in front of the hospital, she puts two and two together. Is Karl Danzig's accident related to Torsten's disorientation? Tamar is determined to get to the bottom of her suspicions. Despite Julia's warnings, she confronts the suspect - not without consequences. Due to an infection, intern Sofia Galura has to stay at home in their shared apartment. It's completely inconvenient that her roommate Ivo Maric receives a surprise visit from his grandmother, Lana "Baba" Maric.
