While the doctors puzzle over why Nora's fever keeps rising, Nora gets some unexpected company: Kerstin Scholl is at the Johannes Thal Hospital for dialysis and is a huge Nora fan. After all, she helped Kerstin through difficult times with her message of "more self-love and acceptance." Kerstin admires Nora for her self-confidence. But appearances are deceptive, and when Kerstin finds out, Nora's life is suddenly in her hands. When Dr. Matteo Moreau finds out who has signed up for a check-up, he pricks up his ears: Dr. Dr. Xander Weiland, a leading longevity researcher and a true authority in his field, wants to be examined by him.
