He then leads into Star Trek news about Strange new Worlds being released in summer 2025. An official Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Teaser Trailer and a full scene of the opening episode are shared from Season 3. Bryan and Lili continue their interview with Julie Caitlin Brown, after a scene from her as Ty Kajada and Commander Sisco is shared from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine's Season one episode "The Passenger". The discussion heavily shifts to Star Trek: The Next Generation's two parter "Gambit, Parts 1 and 2" where Julie shares her Vekor character worked mostly with Patrick Stewart, and she had scenes with Jonathan Frakes and Michael Dorn. Julie shares that she was excited to have Robin Curtis on set, a friend and that including Robin Curtis, Richard Lynch among the cast made the episodes budget a talking point. Julie and her agent forced a call on Star Trek TNG, which is why Julie feels she may not have been invited back to the franchise. The death scene of Vekor is explained in great detail from Julies' words having also done her own stunt in the cave (Planet Vulcan ancient underground). Julie shares specific details about prosthetic issues playing Na'Toth in Babylon 5, plus working with Bruce Boxleitner and Andreas Katsulas, who did indeed have an eye condition wearing a contact lens in one eye. Julie rounds out the interview with a hat's off to Rod Roddenberry and Star Trek Picard's amazing cast plus taking fans seriously at conventions who have paid their hard-earned dollar to see us entertainers and hear us speak.
