Sharing his mind is the spirit of a battle-hardened samurai from 1613-ripped from his era at the moment of betrayal and cast into the chaos of the modern world. Disoriented yet bound by an unbreakable code of honor, the samurai struggles to comprehend a society without swords or masters, while Daniel fights to retain control of his own life. As memories of feudal Japan bleed into the present, they uncover a supernatural rift linking their fates across centuries.
