"Kabaré Apropå" with radio personality Frank Gunnarsson is rejected several times by the radio board. The manager is fired and the station is closed. In 1982, Lokalradion is only a few years old. When the Riksdag's Culture Committee evaluates how the rules for broadcast media are being complied with, they find that it is largely working well. However, they write: There have been some transgressions, however. They are referring to the station in Gothenburg. There is a cocky and difficult newsroom, but above all it revolves around crude satire and a certain person, Frank Gunnarsson. With his program Kabaré Apropå, something that later became media history begins. Lawsuits, a wildcat strike, a manager, Bo Carlsson, who sees everything going wrong and has to leave the station.
