Instead of using this opportunity to focus on herself, Beate becomes captivated by the charming, yet stubborn, Michael. Despite a rocky start, Michael soon wins her over, and their connection deepens during motorcycle tours through the summer fields and Squash games. As their bond grows, Beate falls in love with him. However, when Anke unexpectedly returns, Beate finds herself torn between the two. As soon as Anke is around, Beate starts pushing Michael aside, much to his frustration. In her attempts to balance both relationships, Beate becomes tangled in lies and deceit, leading to tension and conflict in her relationship with Michael. After a heated argument at a wedding, where Michael criticizes Anke, Beate finally breaks up with him. Now, Beate must focus on herself for the first time, learning to set boundaries and prioritize her own needs over those of Anke and Michael. Still, she misses Michael. Can their relationship survive now that Beate knows her own limits? Can they find a way to compromise for the sake of love, without losing themselves in the process?
