The issue of children lets Nina's mood drop suddenly but she won't tell Tomas why for now. Victor buys the last part of the Jabot loan. Unbeknownst to either of them, Jack learns from his loan officer Frank Applegate that the expansion of the loan will not pass easily with the bank. Ashley pays Victor a visit and thinks something is going on he is not telling her. At Walnut Grove, Brittany tries to evade Raul and Mac but for Billy's sake the teens decide to play along. Questioned by Det. Lacerra, Tricia puts all the blame for the scheming against Tony and Megan on Grace and claims she accepted their relationship in the end. After the detective leaves, Megan and Ryan put Tricia on the spot trying to make her understand that leaving for London will not solve any of their problems.
