Our host Art Edmonds oversees the renovation - and has a few surprises in store for our heroic veteran couple and their family. Junk King, a Neighborly Company, is back. Thankfully, our partners came in with a truck big enough for the job and are professionals who clean up junk efficiently and safely. Community is about coming together for a common cause. For this makeover, the community of Mooresville showed out to help support Purple Heart Homes and the Mahaley makeover. With both Melissa and Ben having served in the military, they seek comfort by spending quality time with their children outdoors. And there's no better place to kick back with the family than on your own back deck. Our family, thanks to our Partners at Service Experts, receive brand-new HVAC, water, and air filtration systems throughout their home, plus an automated connected home to control all aspects of their home. DDP Specialty/Dupont is back with us on the Mahaley home makeover and providing much-needed materials. Cargill and Group set the stage for a lovely prepared dinning experience for our veterans, as well as gifting them some great steaks for upcoming family time. The Mahaley's service is honored by those who have so generously provided them with a rich and deserving vacation. CheapCaribbean Vacations gifted the family a wonderful getaway. See less
