Now the family with two children is tired of their cramped second place and gets help from experienced real estate broker Annica Oppenheim Stenman. The interior designer Carouschka Streijffert creates the interior style New Nockeby for a family that has difficulty agreeing on what style their house should have. The Holtare family with two children is crowded into a small second home in Hägersten in Stockholm. Every millimeter is used for something and the balcony has been transformed into a coffee and work room. But Annica Oppenheim Stenman believes that their expectations are too high given their budget of two million kroner. They want to live close to town, have a child-friendly house with a large heated garage where they can park their cars. It sounds like an impossible mission in insanely expensive Stockholm, but Annica comes up with an unexpected proposal that might allow the Holtare family to finally get to the bottom of their search. The interior designer Carouschka will help the Sundberg family with children to furnish the new villa in Brommastad's Nockeby district. The family describes their interior design dreams as Manhattan Upper East meets Karen Blixen and New England. - How are you going to do the Upper East in this flat villa, says Caroushka and instead invents a compromise that she calls New Nockeby.
