Police officer ...See moreUbbo Heide, former head of criminal investigations, writes a book about cases in which suspects were acquitted for lack of evidence. Soon, he receives the severed heads of three murderers, while a murderess is held captive. Police officer Ann Kathrin Klaasen and Frank Weller launch the investigation. The killer, calling himself "the Enforcer," had previously posed as Stefan Kowalski, a reporter for the City Mirror newspaper. He visits Ubbo and threatens to kill him, revealing himself to be a former judicial assistant who, disillusioned with a justice system that fails to punish perpetrators, has taken justice into his own hands. He is overpowered by Ubbo's wife, Carola Heide, and arrested. See less
