Joakim's mother, Anette, has lost her zest for life and puts all the blame on herself, so Joakim does everything in his power to take care of his little sister by himself. Joakim has given himself the impossible task of picking up the pieces of his broken family, in an attempt to move forward. But how can he possibly do that, if he doesn't know how to set boundaries for himself? What happens when the child becomes the adult, and the adult needs taking care of instead?
