Steffy, Thorne, Rick, Caroline and Marcus assemble for the meeting. Thomas asserts that his business plan will double their profits. Eric sees some of Thomas' points, but he feels that the job of an interim CEO is to maintain the status quo, not further his own agenda. At Big Bear, Stephanie gets comfortable with help from Brooke.
