Distracted by office administration, Dr. Milgram is taken by surprise as his assistant Pam users in new client Sally Lemm, who doesn't "really want to be here..." Off to a rocky start, Milgram and Sally begin to discuss her issues, but are interrupted by a surprise visit from Dr. Steck.
