His emigration to the USA in the late 1970s did not detract from his fame. After all, soon after the sweeping of the communist regime, he reappears and creates his central role as teacher Igor Hnízd in the Primary School. As an actor, Jan Tríska worked and caught himself in two linguistic and cultural environments, which is far from obvious. Director Martin Dostál interviewed him at one of the few short stops in Prague, but he did not forget to recall a few remarkable moments from his personal and artistic life.
