Jason killed his first victim (Parker Charles Phillips) down by the lumber mill. He hid his body and his vehicle. Months go by Parker's body has yet to be discovered. His family finally file a missing person report. Months go by and no dead body has been discovered nor vehicle. They look deeper and eventually find an abandoned lumber mill. They found Parker's body and Steven heard the news. Steven was angered and took action into his own hands. He hunted Jason for 9 years. Jason vanished, until one day he reappeared at the lumber mill.
