Valerie is shocked to hear that Caroline is about to leave on a vacation. Caroline explains that it was her father's idea and it is important for her marriage, yet she feels very bad not to be in L.A. during such a crucial time for "Eye on Fashion". Stephanie wants to make sure that nothing gets in between Thorne and Caroline's vacation plans. Bill reveals that Caroline may not go after all. A couple of minutes later, Caroline confirms to Stephanie that she has changed her mind for professional reasons. Ridge pays Brooke a visit in the lab and repeats his request.
