Harlock finally makes it to the Sphinx. We learn that Commander Kiruta's family had to make deadly sacrifices for their father's discovery. That discovery was an ancient super-weapon left behind by the Mazone. Commander Kiruta thinks that he will kill the Arcadia and Harlock with that weapon, but the Arcadia acts on its own and stops his plan. See less
