Amy discovers that he is doing nothing. Sophia and Lionel stopover in a shack left in the middle of the woods of Lake Casidus. Their horse escapes and they resolve to stay there. Sleeping nestled against one another, they don't hear Santana's helicopter and Warren who passes above them. Gina begins confessing to Mason, without realising that he went out of the room to speak with Mary. She tells everything, including the attempted murder of C.C.. She discovers that Mason finally heard nothing. But Mason later shows her the tape which he recorded of her confession. Gina understands that he hasn't listened to it yet. Kirk refuses to let Cruz see Eden, without telling him that he is unaware himself where she is. Pearl breaks into Kirk's place and doesn't find a trace of Eden. In the Capwell residence, Kirk takes pleasure in announcing to Ted, Mason, Gina and Mary that he is going to marry Eden. Cruz goes to see Kirk and tries to fight with him.
