Dixie traveled to Africa many times and met pastor John Akunguet Garang in 2004 and through back and forth correspondence started the organization of giving to those in Sudan and other parts of Africa. Dixie goes on to say there are no cleanly paved roads, hospitals, or schools in Sudan. With a small children's home they helped build, that only holds 40 children, there's a need to build more of these in Sudan. Dr. Debra Peppers of St. Louis, MO hosts this half-hour produced program at the WTJR studio in Quincy Illinois, for the Christian Television Network which features guests who inform us of the services provided by the outreach ministry they are representing.
