Jessica feverishly tries to hide Dylan's identity from her aunt. At Forrester Creations, Michelle talks with Dylan about his liaison with Jessica that could have an impact on him working at the company. James receives shocking news from his assistant Sandra: a package with the lecture notes of Taylor arrived in the mail. James is confused how these could survive the plane crash. He calls Dr. Kingsley Rayburn, the chairman of the medical conference in Egypt where Taylor was supposed to hold her speech, but fails to get a logic explanation. In Casablanca, the mystery patient who looks suspiciously like the late Dr. Taylor Hayes Forrester is awake for the first time after being in a coma for 4 months. She begins to question Ahmed, her doctor, who reveals that she is in the royal palace and under the care of his Excellency. Meanwhile, Prince Omar learns from Moustafa that a policeman at the airport recognized the patient's photograph. Apparently, she was a passenger supposed to catch a connecting flight to Cairo - on the flight that eventually crashed over Egypt.
