Moore tells Arvid that his snoring can be corrected with surgery. Arvid decides to do it but also considers a nose job . When he's about to have the surgery, he's under the anesthetic he's still uncertain if he wants the nose job. When he wakes up, his nose is bandaged and the doctor went out of town.
