Russian veterans of the Russian-Turkish War come to the celebrations. Soldiers greet them at the train station. The general, the bishop, and others are present. The reconstruction of the fighting near Plevna was carried out. On the day of the celebrations - 11.12. 1927. - Prime Minister Andrey Lyapchev, Chairman of the Parliament Alexander Tsankov and other officials are present. They bring wreaths.
