The show is hosted by Sesame Street's Grover. Grover's role is to pop in and encourage children to run, jump, dance and play. Each week on a Monday throughout the summer, episodes from Sesame Street, Dragon Tales, and Barney, among others on PBS Kids, will encourage kids to make healthy choices. Activities on PBSKids.org will change weekly to coincide with the weekly episode themes and will also feature healthy recipes and games about hygiene, nutrition, movement and sports.
