They fall on hard times with a strained marriage, to save the marriage, they venture off for a holiday to Pakistan/India to visit and stay with a close friend. Whilst on an outing at a street carnival are momentarily distracted unaware their baby has been kidnapped. They start their own search risking their own, and their families lives as they dig deep after the lack of urgency and assistance from the local police, revealing a conspiracy that the government hides of children being genetically changed with DNA for corrupt purposes, discovering the laboratory and organisations that run it.
