Prime suspect is his opponent and school buddy, environmentalist activist Hansi Schwarz, whose group wants the boats banned and a bird sanctuary established. Leo also made candid nude pictures of him in bed with his lover Mia Grüner, daughter of Landrat (district official) Karl Grüner, who is also involved in bribery and blackmail.
