The gameplay complements those experiences through indirect means and each gameplay sequence is a variation on a struggle that the couple experienced, but it is played by means of a 3D platformer title while hearing narration from Todd Bridges (Roots, That's My Boy, Diff'rent Strokes) and a musical score from David Housden (Thomas Was Alone, Volume, Q.U.B.E. 2) as they jump through various contextual obstacles.
