Within minutes there are sirens. People screaming amongst the chaos - Now I bet you all are wondering; did the little girl shoot herself? Did the shot hit somebody or their kid? Or maybe just maybe, the shooter was a passerby-er with a gun permit, seen the little girl and unloaded on her before she could hurt anyone. I am Kenneth Little and this is my story.
