The D'Matthah's came into existence 16 years ago in Mauá (SP), and promote militant activities aimed at offering shelter and promoting public policies for the betterment of the LGBT community. We accompany the family's endeavors at Maua's Human Rights and Citizenship Council , one of the creations of the D'Matthah family itself as well as at the Reference and Defense Center for Human Rights in São Paulo. We will accompany the daily routine of three of its members: Fuh Miguel, founding father, who does his best to conciliate the demands made on him by his militancy and his love life; Jeh Evans, Fuh Miguel's adoptive brother, up in arms against their biological father a homophobic street dweller; and Josh Leone, who is beginning high school again and has to sit down with his father, Fuh Miguel, to listen to his advice on a big novelty.
