On her last evening, she persuades the grouch to celebrate the night with her in a wild way. When the assisted dying is to be initiated the next day, she changed her mind. Both set out on a wild trip through the Alpine countryside to seek out a miracle healer. The longer they are on the road, the more they both find the joy of life again.
