When he also develops tinnitus, he is overcome with anxiety. Christian and Timo search for the cause and encourage Felix to open up to his father Ralf about his desire for independence. Ralf, a single father since the death of his wife ten years ago, is very worried about his eldest son... Tanja's patient Ute, a friend from Weimar, comes to the practice with diffuse chest pain. Tanja also includes Christian in the diagnosis. He discovers reflux disease. But before he can perform a gastroscopy, Ute collapses. A life-threatening diaphragmatic hernia. Ute needs immediate surgery... Meanwhile, the practice that Christian and Tanja thought was saved is once again under fire. Roland Falke is still out for revenge - he has tampered with the practice's website. Now all doctors face the threat of losing their licenses. The practice team and family stand together in this emergency situation, supporting Tanja and Christian. Only Piwi and Paul overstep the mark and put themselves in danger.
